Terms and Conditions:
- The Promotion commences on 15 May 2018 and ends on 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), and only eligible for hotel stays from 15 May 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive).
- Hotel stays must be completed by 31 December, 2018.
- Asia Miles members must register for this offer with an email address at www.kaligo.com/asia-miles-promo within the Promotion Period and use the registered email address when making a hotel booking via www.kaligo.com/asia-miles-promo with a valid Asia Miles membership number in the field indicated on the checkout page to enjoy bonus miles.
- Throughout the Promotion Period, Asia Miles Members can receive one of the following benefits only once: 5,000 bonus Asia Miles for minimum spend of HKD6,000 on one or more hotel bookings with Kaligo OR 10,000 bonus Asia Miles for minimum spend of HKD12,000 on one or more hotel bookings with Kaligo.
- To enjoy the Promotion, the minimum cumulative spending requirement for respective benefits must be met during the Promotion Period.
- Both new and existing Kaligo customers are eligible for this offer.
- Bookings made as part of this campaign will not qualify for Kaligo Affiliate Program commissions.
- Eligible transactions of Kaligo which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unposted will be disqualified for the purpose of the Promotion.
- The Promotion shall be seen as one offer and only one threshold of bonus Asia Miles can be applicable to the Asia Miles member for the Promotion Period.
- The Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or applied retrospectively to hotel stays and/or transactions completed prior to this Promotion.
- The bonus Asia Miles are non-transferable and will only be credited to the Asia Miles account of the respective Asia Miles Member.
- The bonus Asia Miles earned from this Promotion will be credited to Asia Miles members’ Asia Miles account within 4 – 6 weeks after the completion of the qualifying hotel stay.
- Asia Miles accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and Stay Period will be eligible for bonus Asia Miles earned through this Promotion.
- Asia Miles and Kaligo reserve the right not to credit any bonus Asia Miles to such Asia Miles members without prior notice.
- Asia Miles and Kaligo reserve the right to retract awarded miles if they, in their absolute discretion, suspect fraud, unauthorised stacking of bonuses, collecting multiple bonuses from the same hotel stay (defined as the same travelling party staying consecutive nights at the same hotel), technical errors, cancel/rebooking activity (defined by identical search criteria), or any other deceptive behaviors attempted to circumvent the limits expressed in these terms and conditions.
- Kaligo is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered by Kaligo to Asia Miles members.
- Asia Miles is not the provider of any of these products and/or services and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
- Asia Miles shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Asia Miles and Kaligo reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, Asia Miles and Kaligo reserve the right to make the final judgment and the decision of Asia Miles and Kaligo shall be final.
- In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
