1. This promotion takes place from June 23, 2020. Voucher validity periods may vary, please see product page for details.
2. Promo platform: Trip.com website and mobile App (Version 7.0 or above)
3. Vouchers are usually discounted and include additional goods and services. The date of check-in does not need to be decided when buying a voucher.
4. To participate in the promotion, first buy a voucher and then make a hotel booking within the voucher’s validity period. Unused vouchers can be canceled for free.
5. Please read the package details, product highlights, and booking policies before purchase.
6. Vouchers can be found in the My Bookings tab. Cancellations can be made on the booking details page.
7. Vouchers can be canceled individually even if multiple vouchers were bought together.
After buying a hotel voucher, users must first book a hotel with the voucher before checking in.
8. After booking, the hotel will verify vouchers and confirm room availability. For a booking to be considered successful, it must be confirmed by the hotel. If users go directly to the hotel without making a booking, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in.
9. Voucher numbers can be found on the booking details page. Users can also contact customer support to receive their voucher numbers in email format.
10. After a booking has been confirmed by hotel, no changes can be made to the booking. If your booking is confirmed and you do not check in at the hotel as scheduled, your voucher will be considered to be used.
11. Crossed out hotel prices are for reference only. They may represent the retail price, market price, price recommended by the supplier, or a previously displayed sales price for a specific good or service. Crossed out prices do not represent the original price.
12. Voucher quantities are limited. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to availability and change.
13. Trip Coins cannot be used to purchase vouchers. For bookings made with vouchers, Trip Coins cannot be earned.
14. If the account you used to participate in the promotion is found to have a security risk, Trip.com may place limitations on it. Limitations include, but are not limited to, not allowing the account to participate in the promotion, not allowing bookings to made with the account, and allowing purchases but not the use of vouchers.
15. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional offers and related bookings made by malicious users in addition to charging a penalty equal to 100% of the booking total. Malicious users include but are not limited to users who make fraudulent accounts and bookings, participate in reselling, take advantage of software vulnerabilities, or take part in any behavior that Trip.com deems to be malicious. In the event that user behavior causes losses for Trip.com, the user will be liable for providing compensation.
