Terms & Conditions:

1. You must be an existing Enrich Member to earn Miles.

2. The Enrich Miles award is applicable for bookings made between 13 October 2014 to 12 October 2016, for stays between 13 October 2014 to 31 December 2016.

3. To enjoy the benefit of the Enrich Miles award, Members of the Enrich Miles Loyalty Programme (the “Members”) must make booking via the dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/malaysiaairlines

4. Member must enter their Enrich Miles membership number on the booking form in order to enjoy Enrich Miles award.

5. Enrich will be credited to Members upon departure of the hotel stay by the 15th of the following month.

6. Enrich Miles are not cumulative and will not be awarded to Members who elect to use other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified). For clarity, cancellations, no-shows, or chargebacks are also excluded and cannot earn Enrich Miles.

7. Enrich Miles incentive is applicable to selected merchant (pre-paid) hotels only, of which AGODA is the party receiving and handling the payment from the Members.

8. Enrich Miles can only be earned by one Member per booking and cannot be split between two or more Members.

9. Enrich Miles earned are inclusive of hotel tax and service charges.

10. Where Enrich Miles are earned on the basis of the amount spent, unless otherwise specified, Enrich Miles are only earned on the accommodation component of the stay, not on ancillary charges such as meals, mini-bar, beverages, phone, laundry or other extra costs charged to the room account.

11. Enrich Miles earned in connection with the incentive are non-transferable.

12. Enrich Miles cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

13. The Members are bound by the terms and conditions of AGODA and Malaysia Airline System Berhad.

14. In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA shall be final.

15. This program is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Malaysia Airline System Berhad and Members, which is at Malaysia Airline System Berhad's sole discretion and for which Malaysia Airline System Berhad is solely responsible and liable
